Pathways Training and eLearning Appreciation Event – A Special Thank You to Our Fantastic Clients!
Last week we hosted a client appreciation event, and we had many of our customers join us at a box, for the Raptors game. It was wonderful chance to see so many of our loyal clients in person, and to catch up in a non-business setting (and it sure didn’t hurt that the was a Raptors win as well).
Many of our clients commented on how impressed they were with the brands we work with and what a wide range of clients we had from so many different industries. Pathways has had the good fortune of working with many not for profit, government and Fortune 500 clients over the last 13 years (see the list of some of our wonderful clients that we work with below).
It made me reflect on how much Pathways has grown over the past 13 years. From a small start-up company with only a few full-time employees, to a company that has rapidly grown to support every type of training imaginable. When we started, we only offered instructional design, classroom training/facilitation and custom eLearning courses and now we continue to offer these core services, but so much more including training videos, whiteboard animations, virtual reality eLearning, 360 eLearning and Learning Management Systems (LMS) too.
It is well documented in the research, that feeling unappreciated is the #1 reason customers switch away from products and services. At Pathways Training and eLearning we are thankful for all of the wonderful customers we have. Many of whom, have been with us for over 10 years or more now.
I saw a quote the other day that reminded me of our Pathways customers:
